Minimum Qualifications

As a Loan Quality Control Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the Bank's loan portfolio. This role will be responsible for conducting post fund file reviews of direct and participation loans in the commercial and agriculture portfolios to assess compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices. This position will perform a thorough review of loan documentation, validate accuracy of loan data, and evaluate files for compliance with regulatory and policy requirements. You will generate reports summarizing post fund review findings and analyze all file review findings to identify patterns and trends and provide recommendations for improving loan quality and processes. This role will participate in training sessions and facilitate knowledge-sharing initiatives to enhance team expertise and foster a culture of continuous improvement.This role requires meticulous attention to detail, analytical proficiency, and extensive understanding of loan origination and servicing processes. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-departmental teams.

Minimum Qualifications

This position requires an associate degree in finance, business, or a closely related field of study and five years of work experience in commercial, agriculture, or real estate loan documentation or lending. Additional work experience as described may substitute for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis.

As a Compliance Officer III, you will be responsible for ensuring BND's adherence to federal banking regulations, state laws, and industry standards. You will also be responsible for developing, testing, and reporting on adherence to federal banking regulations and laws and ensure compliance issues are tracked until resolution is reached. You will need to work in partnership with BND departments to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaboration is essential with internal audit and quality assurance partners to ensure comprehensive testing coverage. You will be responsible to coordinate, develop the scope, and review the quality of any outsourced compliance testing. Participation will be required in projects across the Bank to provide compliance consulting for products or services being implemented. This position will need to develop compliance training programs for employees to enhance awareness and understanding of regulatory requirements.Other duties:Participate in the SAR team and weigh in on investigations.Review cases generated by the Bank's anti-money laundering system.Serve as the primary backup to Bank Secrecy Act activities.Facilitate meetings with Compliance Council, tax groups, and Student Loans to help implement state servicing and licensing laws.Maintain a certification in BSA/AML and Compliance.

Minimum Qualifications

This position requires a bachelor's degree with a major in business or finance and four years compliance, audit or other applicable work experience. The Field Auditor position is responsible for the day-to-day administration of field activities to ensure compliance with the tax provisions of the ND Unemployment Compensation Insurance law.This role involves advising employers on Unemployment Insurance requirements, assisting with completion and submission of various reports and applications, serving as a consultant, providing education/presentations, conducting audits, obtaining delinquent tax reports, and investigating potential fraud cases including conducting fact-finding (via telephone, in writing, and in person) to verify and/or obtain information as necessary.
