Children and Family Services division - Remote in ND - Field Service Specialist As the Field Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing coaching and continuous quality improvement to child welfare case management staff as it relates to Federal law, North Dakota law and Code and North Dakota policy, including the Child Welfare Safety Framework Practice Model. You will complete administrative review of all foster care cases through attendance of the Child & Family Team Meeting at a minimum of every six months to review the safety determination plan and progress toward remediation of the safety concerns, continued necessity for and appropriateness of the out of home placement and level of care, and compliance with federal and state law, code and policy. All activities of this position are under the direct supervision of the Field Service Specialist of County Social Service Programs. To succeed in this role, you should have a background in Child Welfare, preferably case management, possess great communication skills, have good stakeholder relationships, be a good negotiator, be comfortable in conducting training, and have experience in improving the quality of services. To be considered for this Field Service Specialist position,, you must have a bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, counseling, human development, education, human services, child development and family science, or criminal justice; and three (3) years of professional work experience as a social worker, child welfare case manager or worker in a collaborative human service agency. Child Welfare certification is preferred. A master's degree in one of the above fields may substitute for one year of the work experience requirement. Location : The position will require the employee to have the ability to work from home and will require travel throughout North Dakota.

Economic Assistance - Remote within the US - User Acceptance Testing Analyst The ND Department of Health & Human Services (DHS) is seeking a User Acceptance Testing Analyst for its Economic Assistance Division.As the User Acceptance Testing Analyst, you will be responsible for user acceptance testing for the Self-service Portal and Combined Eligibility System (SPACES), through requirements analysis, test case creation, identifying testing conditions, preparing test data, test case execution, batch and interface test cases, capturing and reporting test execution results using approved tracking tools, managing defects from inception through resolution, coordinating user acceptance test activities with UAT Manager.To succeed in this role, you should have a strong understanding of software quality testing of a large enterprise system including experience in Agile methodology. You should be highly organized, able to manage your time and priorities effectively, and have demonstrated the ability to communicate, both orally and in writing, with all types of people. Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this position as a Fleet and Equipment III, you must have a Class B Driver License, completed a two-year curriculum in automotive or diesel/industrial equipment technology, and 2 years of work experience performing duties similar in type and complexity as those listed in the .Completion of a three-year master technology program and one year of work experience performing duties listed in the can substitute for the 2-year curriculum and 2 years of experience.Work experience performing duties similar in type and complexity to those to be performed on vehicles and equipment like those to be serviced may be substituted for the educational requirement of the basis of one year of work experience for one year of education.Successful applicant must provide required tools on the date of hire. List of required tools is available from any district office.Position may require work after hours, on weekends, and holidays during road and weather emergencies; demonstrated ability to function around vehicular and maintenance traffic. May be required to plow snow. Safety training will be provided.As determined by the district engineer or division director, employees will at times be required to report to work within 30 minutes in situations involving emergency, storm, or public safety concerns.
