Job Service North Dakota is experiencing an unexpected issue that is affecting the employer internet website (UI EASY), the secure file transfer portal (Secure FTP), the claimant internet website (UI ICE) and the claims center interactive voice response systems (701-328-4995) on Friday, April 10, 2026. We anticipate services to be restored around 3 PM.
Customers will be unable to file an unemployment insurance claim, certify eligibility or complete required UI activities while the issue is being resolved. Employers will be unable to access their UI EASY accounts.
