Job Service North Dakota’s 2024-2027 Agricultural Outreach Plan (AOP) portion of the State Plan Modification outlines plans for providing services to the agricultural community, both for agricultural employers and migrant and seasonal farmworkers (MSFWs), as described in Wagner-Peyser Final Rule regulations at 20 CFR 653.107.
The plan is available for public comment until Wednesday, February 20, 2026. All comments must be in writing and submitted to Tammy Barstad at [email protected] no later than February 25, 2026
