Job Service North Dakota’s 2024-2027 Agricultural Outreach Plan (AOP)

Job Service North Dakota’s 2024-2027 Agricultural Outreach Plan (AOP) portion of the State Plan, outlines it’s plans for providing services to the agricultural community, both for agricultural employers and Migrant and Seasonal Farmworkers (MSFWs), as described in Wagner-Peyser (W-P) regulations at 20 CFR 653.107, the Workforce Investment Act (WIA) Title I final regulations at 20 CFR 652.107(b)(1), the WIA/W-P Act Integrated Workforce Planning Guidance, and the Unified Planning Guidance. 

The plan is available for public comment until Monday, February 19, 2024. All comments must be in writing and submitted to Tammy Barstad at tbarstad@nd.gov no later than February 19, 2024.
