Job Service North Dakota will be conducting scheduled maintenance which will affect the employer internet website (UI EASY), the secure file transfer portal (Secure FTP), the claimant internet website (UI ICE) and the claims center interactive voice response phone systems (701-328-4995) on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, beginning at 9:00 PM and ending no later than 1:00 AM CT Thursday, March 28, 2024. Customers will be unable to file an unemployment insurance claim, certify eligibility or complete required UI activities while maintenance is performed. Employers will be unable to access their UI EASY accounts. Job Service North Dakota encourages customers to complete these activities prior to the downtime or once the system returns to normal operation.
