UI Easy, UI ICE, and Secure FTP experiencing intermittent outages

JSND is experiencing intermittent issues with our employer internet website (UI EASY), the secure file transfer portal (Secure FTP), and the claimant internet website (UI ICE).  Our website jobsnd.com is currently available during this time.  If you experience issues connecting to any of these sites, please check back later today, Tuesday, May 10.

Customers may be unable to file an unemployment insurance claim, certify eligibility or complete required UI activities. Employers may be unable to access their UI EASY accounts. Updates will be provided as the situation evolves.
