System Maintenance Scheduled for Tuesday, Dec. 28 at 8 PM

Job Service North Dakota will be conducting maintenance which will affect the employer internet website (UI EASY), the secure file transfer portal (Secure FTP), the claimant internet website (UI ICE) and the claims center interactive voice response phone systems (701-328-4995) beginning Tuesday, December 28th at 8:00 PM and ending no later than Wednesday, December 29th at 3:00 AM CT.  All systems will be unavailable. Claimants will be unable to file an unemployment insurance claim, certify eligibility or complete required UI activities while maintenance is performed. Please make plans to complete these activities prior to the downtime or once the system returns to normal operation.
