Maintenance on two systems will overlap on Saturday, April 23, 2022 affecting job seekers, employers, and unemployment.

Job Seekers and Employers:

Job Service North Dakota (JSND) will be conducting scheduled maintenance which will affect the Virtual One Stop job seeking and posting site on Saturday, April 23, 2022 beginning at 5 AM and ending no later than 10 AM CT. Expect intermittent outages. Our website jobsnd.com will be available during this time.

Job seekers may be unable to search for jobs or update and post resumes, and employers may be unable post jobs to the site. JSND encourages customers to complete these activities prior to the downtime or once the system returns to normal operation.

Unemployment:

JSND will be conducting scheduled maintenance which will affect the employer internet website (UI EASY), the secure file transfer portal (Secure FTP), the claimant internet website (UI ICE) and the claims center interactive voice response phone systems (701-328-4995) on Saturday, April 23, 2022 beginning at 6 AM and ending no later than 9 AM CT.  Expect intermittent outages. Our website jobsnd.com will be available during this time.

Customers may be unable to file an unemployment insurance claim, certify eligibility or complete required UI activities while maintenance is performed. Employers may be unable to access their UI EASY accounts. JSND encourages customers to complete these activities prior to the downtime or once the system returns to normal operation.
