Williston Job Service office manager, Cindy Sanford, spoke at the MonDak Energy Alliance meeting Thursday, Feb. 12 about what she's seeing in her office.  According to Sanford, "There are some layoffs yes, we are seeing that, but there are also jobs." Nearly 2,000 jobs are available and the need for skilled labor remains high.
