North Dakota employers are encouraged to post job openings free of charge at the National Labor Exchange, (NLx) usnlx.com. Job Service North Dakota's job bank, located at ndworkforceconnection.com is still out of service due to an issue crippling the vendor which operates employment-related websites for a number of states.
the NLx collects and distributes job openings exclusively found on state job banks, corporate career websites and federal government job sites. It currently lists over 4 million positions daily.
Through Friday, July 15, employers can directly post their jobs to the NLx at no cost. These positions will remain online for up to 30 days. (Note: it may take up to 24 hours for job postings to be processed and become visible.)
Job seekers are also encouraged to utilize NLx for their search. Currently, all 50 states, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and Guam have agreements with the NLx, and there is no cost to users.
