Minimum Qualifications:
- Age: At least 18 years old
- Education: Shall posses suficient education knowledge to satisfactorily complete the on-the-job and related instruction. A high school diploma or GED equivalency is recommended. Be registered with the North Dakota State Electrical board within thirty (30) days.
- Aptitudes: Shall possess the basic aptitudes essential for acquiring the skills and proficiency of the trade.
- Physical: Shall be physically capable of performing the essential functions of the occupation without endangering the health and safety of themselves and/or fellow workers. Applicants may be subjected to screening for illegal drugs.
The interviewer will condsider the following:
- Educational background
- Previous work experience
- Interest and aptitude
- Personal traits
