Unemployment Insurance Employer Account System

REGISTRATION
There are two levels of security within the UI EASY application to assure the protection of your confidential information. Therefore, if you do not already have a State of North Dakota Login ID, you will be required to go through two separate actions in order to complete the registration process.

1. State of North Dakota Login ID

• Allows an individual to transact business with North Dakota State agencies in an encrypted environment.
• Provides a primary level of security for North Dakota State online applications.
• Specific to an individual - not tied to your Unemployment Insurance (UI) tax account.
• You create your own Login ID and password.
• Self-registration, with activation via e-mail.
• Used for other North Dakota State agency online applications; e.g. Job Service North Dakota's Secure FTP; North Dakota State Tax Department's Income Tax Withholding Electronic Filing.

2. Unemployment Insurance Tax Account Access Code

• Provides a second level of security within UI EASY.
• Specific to each UI tax account - not associated with an individual, or a State of North Dakota Login ID.
• Always mailed to the UI tax account address of record for added security.

To begin the registration process:

1. Click on the Register button below.
2. On the State of North Dakota Login screen, click on the Register Now link.
3. Follow the instructions for establishing a State Login and password.
4. You will receive an email from the State's secure system. Activate your State Login and confirm your password from the link provided in this email.
5. On the State of North Dakota Login screen, enter your State Login and password. Click on the Login button.
6. At the Access Account screen, click on the Register Now link.
7. On the Request Account Authorization screen, complete the requested information and click on the Submit button.
