Welcome to UI EASY. UI EASY is a secure online web application that lets you file your quarterly Contribution and Wage Reports, make electronic payments, and/or view/update your account information. This application will allow you to conduct a majority of your business with the Unemployment Insurance Program efficiently and securely through an online system.
Once you have entered your business information, you will be asked to certify and submit it over the secured server. A confirmation number will be issued to you as official verification that your information has been received.
In order to provide better customer service, we encourage you to complete a short survey at the end of the UI EASY application. There are just a few questions, and you will have the opportunity to make comments.
The following services are available to you through the UI EASY application:
FILE QUARTERLY EMPLOYER'S CONTRIBUTION AND WAGE REPORTS
MANAGE YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT ACCESS
FILE QUARTERLY EMPLOYER'S CONTRIBUTION AND WAGE REPORTS
UI EASY makes it simple to file your quarterly reports online.
Available features include:
- Ability to manually enter wage information (employees reported in the previous quarter will be displayed for your convenience),
- Ability to import a text file of wage information from your payroll system (you will be able to define the file layout),
- Automatic calculation of total, excess, and taxable wages,
- Automatic calculation of tax due,
- Ability to pay your tax electronically (EFT),
- Ability to view and print a copy of your quarterly report for your records.
Upon successful submission of your report, you will receive a confirmation number. This number indicates that UI EASY has validated your report with the date and time it was submitted to JSND.
MAKE AN ELECTRONIC PAYMENT
Making an electronic payment (ACH-Debit) is simple; just provide your banking account information and this account will be debited for the amount you indicate

UI TAX ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
The Account Management portion of UI EASY will display certain information for your account currently on file with Job Service North Dakota (JSND). This information is very important to your business and must be kept up-to-date.
Once you are a registered user, you have several account options available to you:

Tax Account Address and Telephone Number Change
Easily notify Job Service North Dakota of a change in your mailing address and/or telephone number.
Tax Account Status Change:
Inform Job Service North Dakota of the following changes in business status:- Change of Ownership
Notify JSND of any changes in ownership, officers, or business structure. - Sale of Business
Notify JSND of a sale of all or part of your business to another individual or company. - Business Name Change
Notify JSND of a sale of all or part of your business to another individual or company. - Discontinuance of Business
If you have discontinued your business operations in North Dakota, notify JSND by using this option. - Inactivation of Business
If you currently have no employees and do not plan to hire in the foreseeable future you may inactivate your account. However, you remain liable for coverage and reporting of any wages paid in the future.

MANAGE YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT ACCESS
Your UI EASY online account access is easily managed with the use of an access code. You can:
- Change your access code
- Allow access to users of your choice
- Restrict access
SYSTEM AVAILABILITY
UI EASY is unavailable from 10:00 p.m. until midnight Monday through Friday. Additional periodic downtime may occur due to unscheduled maintenance or repair, generally between midnight and 6:00 a.m.
