When you are logged into your job search account on jobsnd.com, you are able to print out a Generic Application which is pre-filled with your information and can be used to apply for positions requiring the Job Service Generic Application.
To access this application, once logged into your account, go to My Individual Profile under the Quick Menu on the left hand side of your screen and click on Employment Plan Profile. Click on the Online Application tab.
REVIEW THE INFORMATION FOR ACCURACY
Before printing out your application form, review your information for the following items:
1. Are the days of the week and shift availability accurate for the job for which you are submitting your application?
2. Are the job descriptions reflective of the skills and experience needed for the job? Or do you need to expand on your descriptions?
3. Do your abilities relate to the job?
4. Are the relevant certifications and licensures entered?
If changes need to be made, go to My Individual Profile link under the Quick Menu on the left side of the screen. Click Personal Profile and change and update your information as needed on both the General Information and Background tabs.
To print the Job Service Generic Application, scroll to the bottom of that page and click on Print Job Application. Another screen will then come up, so scroll to the bottom of that page and click on Print Job Application. Do NOT use the File, Print Page, nor the printer icons on your tool bars since these will only print what you see on the screen and not the full application.
